We are currently in the process of dismantling the Dowling Brothers Distillery in Burgin, Kentucky. Originally constructed in 1871, this building contains materials such as flooring, beams and hardwoods of various sizes. 

The Distillery provides many species of wood including: long leaf heart pine, Southern yellow pine, poplar, beech, and maple. Sizing includes: 6X6, 4X4, 5/4X8”. 

We estimate this building contains 60,000 board feet of 6X6 Southern yellow pine, 40,000 board feet of 6X6 heart pine, and 50,000 board feet of mixed hardwood 4X4 materials.
